Muscle Building Plan
The most important things you should consider with your muscle building plan.
So what do we need to plan for in muscle building? First things first: diet. Will we need to lose or gain weight? What should we eat or not eat? What should our meals consist of? There are so many questions and things to plan for that sometimes it is overwhelming, but necessary. There are many diet guides on the internet for free. Look them up and integrate them in your plans.
What program should we consider following? What work out philosophy should we stick our routines to? There are two choices to go with this. There’s the HIT (high intensity training) and there’s periodization. By sticking to a consistent intensity or by slowly jacking up the heat of the work out in a fixed period of time we can dictate an increase in strength and muscle volume over time. Obviously both approaches can work. But by planning you can afford to go with what you think works best for you.
Muscle building plan encompasses everything about gaining muscle bulk. When we fail to be clear about this we are running a course in circles that might even risk over training ourselves. Over training is as good as having no training at all. By going in blind with our routines, we simply forget the needed time off for the body to actually grow.
Another thing to plan out for is our short and long term goals. This is vital so that we can track down our progress in different spans of time (weekly, monthly even yearly). What we cannot measure we cannot improve. By knowing where we stand, we have the ability to make small adjustments in our diet, training and other important factors considered essential in muscle building.
Lastly, muscle building plan must have specific action plans. Without it, plans are just that – plans. For example you plan to lose weight. This must be translated to action by changing your menu to accommodate actual weight loss. You might need to list down the adjusted repetitions per routine and etc.
Remember this: Don’t even try to exercise without creating muscle building plan first.
